General refund and return policy:

1. In the case of an error due to courier companies and their subcontractors, which cannot be resolved by the customer, us and/or the contracted courier companies, we will refund the value of the order paid by the customer at the time of the purchase and in the currency paid to us (presently being US dollars with exceptions where an order is charged in Canadian dollars or other currencies). From this amount will be deducted shipping fees. The mode of payment of any sum refunded by us to the customer may be done by checks, money order, PayPal email payment or a re-credit of a credit card, at our convenience and our discretion. Refunds will be made out to the name of the customer who has paid for the order and will be issued in US dollar currency, or in the currency required by us at the time of the purchase and payment of the merchandise.

2. In the case of a manufacturing error, such as a rip in fabric or sewing flaws, we will refund the value of the order. The details of such refund are as stipulated above.

Special cases: limited refund of no-refund policy:

Custom-made dresses is the best option to offer a woman who wants to look and feel at her best. The 17 measurements provided to us, go into the creation of HER dress. Meaning that it is very, very customized to her own unique contours. This means that, should we provide a refund for a dress, this returned dress would be cleaned and stored for resale when returned to us. The unfortunate counter-part is that it is virtually impossible that a future client would order this same pattern of dress, with the exact same17 measurements, and in the same color, in order for us to sell this dress again. So, by experience we know that the many hours of skilled labor and the rolls of fine fabrics that went into the creation of this tailor made dress, have all gone to waste. Therefore; like any enterprises offering customized products, we must add the following clause to our refund policy:

We cannot offer any refund of merchandises based on the following reasons:

Measurement errors made by the customer. Although these are a rare occurrence, we cannot be held responsible for these errors.

The color is "not quite" what the customer believed it would be. Digital color charts may vary slightly as seen from one computer screen to the next. In the main, these colors are a good match to the actual article. Satin, in bright light, often appears lighter and brighter than when the same satin is seen under "normal lighting conditions". We cannot refund a dress if the color we offer and which is chosen for a dress, fail to be a match to the color of another dress, decor, shoes, etc.

Petticoats may slightly differ from the article shown in pictures on our web site. However, if it is determined to be an error on our part, and the wrong petticoat (ill-fitting the dress ordered) has been sent to our client, we must be informed as soon as possible (the day the order is received) and we will send the client the proper article, free of charge (the customer still may have to pay custom duties and local taxes upon receipt).

The same above policy is valid for accessories (in regards to sizes and colors) but at our discretion, meaning that we reserve the right to deny a request for refund, depending upon our review of the circumstances with that particular order being subject to a refund request. Again, if this is the case, please let us know immediately upon receipt of your order.

Shipping errors. As stipulated above, in rare cases, an order is lost or routed to an incorrect destination and will not make it to the customer, despite the use of modern shipping and tracking technologies. The causes may be due to an error on the part of the air and ground courier and subcontracting courier companies. Or, an incorrect address was provided by the customer, including a change of address with no forwarding address provided.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide actual (up to date) and accurate shipping information to us. Tracking numbers identifying the parcel containing the order will be provided to the customer so that she can track and locate her parcel. Please note that most courier companies DO NOT contact the customer by phone when attempting delivery. It is up to the customer to initiate a tracking and locating procedure with the pertinent shipping and/or courier company, should the order becomes overdue in its estimated delivery date, to have them locate the parcel containing the ordered merchandise.

This said, we cannot refund merchandises shipped to an incorrect address or lost, if caused by an error on the part of a customer.

Since the nature of our services in customization as Dress Makers, we do not require nor encourage a return of merchandises back to us.

Custom-made gowns are created to fit the customer's own unique contours, and while also considering a particular choice of color and style made by the customer at the time of the purchase, these dresses, if returned to us, cannot be re-sold.

Accessories come in standard sizes. However shipping charges, in most cases, exceed the value of the accessory that would be returned to us (a pair of gloves priced at 20$ or less would incur a shipping charge ranging anywhere from $15 to $50). This prohibits any benefit from our customer or by us, in any returned merchandise.

Wholesale orders in standard sizes: large orders made by standard sizes - as opposed to individual custom-made orders may apply to this return policy. If this applies to your order, please contact us by filling the above form. Thank you.

In the case of an approved return of merchandise, said merchandise must be intact (so signs of wear and tear, damage, stains or discoloration).
